Sony α9 II Release Date Confirmed

Photographers worldwide are on their toes as Sony announced that the release date of Sony A9II will be on November 6th, 2019. Lovers of photography have been anticipating the arrival of the second generation of the A9 series ever since Sony unveiled the first generation of A9 in 2017. Was it worth the wait? To lots of photo geeks around the world, it surely was.
Remarkable improvements have been made to take the A9II to another level of photography. For instance, A9II’s continuous shooting speed has been increased to 20fps, which is approximately two times faster than that of A9. In addition, the A9II features a multi-interface hot shoe that can be externally attached to accessories such as the ECM-B1M shotgun microphone or the XLR-K3M adapter.
What’s more, the A9II features a built-in 1000 BASE-T Ethernet transmission, and also has USB 3.2 Type C, HDMI, and headphone jacks. As for durability, the A9II with Z-series battery can take up to 500 and 690 photos respectively, with the EVF (Electronic Viewfinder) enabled and disabled.
The A9II is now available for pre-order, with price around $4500.
